Water Engineering Inc is looking for a competent candidate to help with running of daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, able to undertake a variety of tasks, and work diligently under pressure.

Pay: $21-$23 per hour

Benefits:
The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for accurately blending and packaging water treatment chemicals according to established formulas and safety standards. This role ensures product quality, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports warehouse operations in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
Role Expectations:
Clean and maintain blending equipment as well as a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
Receive, inspect, and accept incoming inventory and chemical shipments
Measure, weigh, and blend raw materials following batch instructions and safety protocols
Operate mixing tanks, pumps, valves, and other blending equipment
Label, package, and prepare chemicals for storage, transport, and delivery in compliance with safety and handling requirements
Maintain accurate batch records, inventory logs, and safety documentation
Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products
Report equipment malfunctions, spills, or safety incidents promptly
Follow all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials
Assist with general warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned
Role Requirements:
To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Warehouse experience: 2 years (Required)
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Clean MVR (no moving violations)
Work Environment:
This position is largely self-directed and requires an understanding of company policy, procedures, and values. Team members will be required to adhere to all safety requirements in all work environments. While performing the duties of this position, the team member will be exposed to moving, mechanical parts, dusty conditions, high noise levels, internal and external temperature / weather conditions, and exposed to chemicals.
